12 of 12

Today is the 12th of February. I can hardly believe it! I have mentioned before that I do a monthly project called "Twelve of Twelve", but I don't think that i have shared any of my layouts yet. I am not even sure if I have clarified what "12 of 12" is. Oops, sorry! Twelve of Twelve was started by a woman named Susan. The idea is to take photos of your life on the 12th day of the month, then use 12 of those photos for a layout. Easy peasy, right? I love the idea of documenting the average day in life. Nothing spectacular or particularly amazing, just life as it happens. Like today, for example, I am home sick. Nothing extravagant about that. However, I did get my kit in the mail today from Jenni Bowlin! It's her new release stuff from winter CHA, the farmers wife. Oh, also, she is giving away a spot to Scrap Etc where she will be teaching again this year. You have till tomorrow at 12pm to make a comment for a chance to win, so hurry over!!

Okay, sorry, I got carried away. So, before March get's here I thought I'd share last months creation. It is a very simple design which makes it easy to finish. I think I might follow this template every month this year so that all of the layouts look cohesive.

Check out the blog and then consider joining me next month. If you read this early enough in the day you can even jump in now. Have fun if you decide to play.

Sounds like a really cool project! I'm doing project 365 this year, which along a similar line. I'm really enjoying capturing the small daily stuff of life that I might not have taken pictures of otherwise.
Love your grid design here. think I might do something along these lines for my project, too.
